Locals® is the authentic rubber flip flop brand originated on Oahu, Hawai’i in 1982 by Zori Zori Inc. Locals USA is the official distribution company for Zori Zori Inc. in the continental USA, which is otherwise known to Hawaiians as the “mainland USA”. Locals USA primarily distributes Locals slippers and related products to retail vendors including surf shops, snow shops, skate shops, boutiques, shoe stores, in addition to offering an online store. Locals USA was established in late 2011 in Huntington Beach, CA. Operating is run by a team who has had success in the distribution of products made in Hawaii and are former residents of Maui and the Big Island.
