How to Place an Order
When you see an item you like, click “ADD TO CART” button and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or click on “Proceed to Checkout” link and follow the steps to complete your transaction. For your convenience you will have to create a Log In account for easy future shopping.
We accept Visa, Mastercard credit and debit card payments, American Express and Discover card.
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to the state of California.
Once you place your order you will be taken to Order Confirmation page displaying your order number and your purchase summary. You will also receive an email confirmation with the information about your order. Please, keep this information for your future reference.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Each order goes thru a process of steps before it ships out. Should you need to make any changes or cancellations after you submit your order, email us using the Contact Form or call (877) 571-5481 immediately. We cannot make any changes or cancellations after an order enters shipping stage.
It is possible that your item might become unavailable in which case you will be notified via email. If you would rather not wait and get a refund for backordered item, please send us an email along with your order number using our Contact Form.
Once your order is received it usually leaves our warehouse within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping time frames are as follows:
Standard Shipping is via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS service: 2-7 working days
Transit time for international orders varies and may take up to 2 weeks.
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item(s) you may initiate a return for a refund within twenty (20) days from the delivery day. Returned item(s) must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. All returned items must have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping it back to us. To initiate a return, send us an email along with your order number and an item(s) you would like to return using our Contact Form. We will then issue an RMA number along with the instructions and return address. We recommend to pack items securely, include your RMA number and ship via traceable courier.
If you need to exchange your item(s), you will have to initiate a return first and then simply place another order on our website for the item(s) that you wish to receive.
After we receive your return and confirm that the return requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your refund has been processed. Refund times depend on credit card company’s policies and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on credit card statement. Shipping and Handling costs will not be reimbursed. The refund will correspond to the final price of the items you have decided to return.
Just a reminder, slipper size and shoe size are not the same thing. Slipper size is the physical length of the slipper (in inches), which is indicated by the gold sticker located on the toe. Locals Slippers measure in half-inch increments and each slipper length can comfortably accommodate two half sizes. For example, men with shoe size 9 and 9.5 would usually be comfortable wearing slipper size 11″ (depending on personal wearing style and preference). For best results, measure the length of your foot from heel to longest toe, then round up to the next half-inch increment (i.e. if your foot measures 9 3/4 inches long, round up to slipper size 10″). If you prefer slightly longer fit, add an additional 1/2 inch. If you happen to know the slipper length you are most comfortable with, then simply order that slipper size.
